Plastic patterns are an inexpensive alternative to traditional wooden tooling and are made faster with 3D printers. As an experienced Additive Manufacturer, we selected the Stacker S2 to 3D print our plastic patterns.
The Stacker S2 uses Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) to 3D print plastic at controlled rates to create reusable plastic patterns. Plastic patterns are ideal for all types of production from quick prototypes to long term manufacturing.
Our customers appreciate the quick turnaround times from design to finished casting that come with 3D plastic printing of our patterns. With a print area of 15” x 12” x 20” we can accommodate many typical casting sizes.
